My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms did not receive a thorough cleaning, particularly a bedding change, as promised at the time of booking. However, the staff was very helpful due to the convenient location of the hotel. Our rooms were initially supposed to be close together, but that didn't happen as the hotel was fully booked. On the bright side, the location was perfect for our needs, close to shopping outlets and restaurants.
